Process

Four steps from submission to removal

Every notice we prepare meets the statutory requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), which is what obliges a service provider to act.

1

Submit your claim

Provide the original work, proof of ownership or license, and the URL where it appears without authorization.

2

Verification

We confirm ownership, assess whether the use is likely infringing, and identify the correct designated agent.

3

Notice filed

A compliant notice is submitted to the host or platform, and we track their statutory response window.

4

Confirmation

You receive written confirmation of removal, or a clear recommendation on escalation if the notice is contested.

Pricing

Transparent, per-notice or on retainer

No hidden fees and no charge for the initial review. Retainer plans suit rights holders facing repeat infringement.

Why Fadouchi

Notices that hold up the first time

Most self-filed notices fail on procedure, not merit — wrong recipient, missing statutory elements, or no follow-up when the deadline passes.

  • Statutory compliance Every notice includes the six elements required under § 512(c)(3), so providers can act on it without requesting corrections.
  • Correct recipient identification We identify the registered designated agent, upstream host, or CDN rather than emailing a general contact address.
  • Deadline tracking Response windows and counter-notice periods are tracked so nothing lapses without a decision from you.
  • Documented outcomes Each case closes with written confirmation and a record you can retain for future enforcement.

Frequently asked

Questions before you file

Is Fadouchi a law firm?+

No. Fadouchi is a copyright enforcement and notice-filing service, not a law firm, and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. For litigation, contested counter-notices, or claims involving damages, we refer clients to independent counsel.

What do you need from me to begin?+

The original work or evidence that you own or exclusively license it, the URL where the unauthorized copy appears, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

How long does removal usually take?+

Most major platforms act within one to five business days. Smaller or overseas hosts can take longer, and we escalate to the upstream provider or registrar when a host does not respond.

What happens if the other party files a counter-notice?+

The provider may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless a court action is filed. We assess the counter-notice, notify you immediately, and outline your options — including referral to counsel if you intend to pursue it.

Can you guarantee the content will be removed?+

No service can guarantee a third party's response. What we guarantee is that the notice is complete, correctly addressed, filed on time, and tracked through to a documented outcome.

Do you handle claims outside the United States?+

Yes. Where the DMCA does not apply, we file under the equivalent local notice-and-takedown framework, such as the EU e-Commerce Directive and Digital Services Act procedures.

Send us the link. We'll assess it at no cost.

Tell us what was taken and where it's published. A case manager reviews every submission and responds within one business day.
